Moreover, reviews about Vienna are always the most positive. Many are eager to visit the city again. However, what to see in Vienna, so that the journey is not in vain?

A very interesting place is the Austrian Museum of Cinematography. It was founded in the second half of the XX century and at first was a non-profit organization. However, soon it became one of the most visited museums and entered the register of official institutions. Of course, here all the important achievements in the field of cinematography are collected! At the moment there are more than 25 thousand films.

Fans of painting will say that everyone should see the richest collection of paintings in the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. It is the oldest in all of Europe (founded in the 17th century). In addition to the fact that the Academy is a museum, it also trains artists. It is known, than Adolf Hitler twice wanted to enter here, but both attempts proved to be a failure. The gallery contains paintings of such great artists as Bosch, Titian, Rembrandt and Rubens.

If you want the rest in Vienna to be truly cultural in nature, you should visit the state theater. Make it sure. They say that the show should be viewed by any admirer of art in Vienna. In the city there is a park of Sigmund Freud, a famous psychologist and philosopher. This park is a little strange, but very curious: there are a lot of interesting and unusual sculptures here, as well as a monument to the European Union. And not far from the park is a church with a complex name Votivkirche, which is built in the style of neo-Gothic.

You can walk in the Prater Park. Here you can have fun, as the territory of the park is two zones. One of them is an ideal quiet place for rest, and the other provides an opportunity to tickle your nerves on various attractions, sit in a cafe, shoot in a shooting gallery and, most importantly, look at Vienna from a height of 65 meters by buying a ticket for the Ferris wheel.

St. Stephen's Cathedral is recognized as the national symbol of the city, and for good reason: to it already more than 8 centuries! It was built over several centuries, and therefore is a reflection of more than one cultural era. Tourists should visit the cathedral for at least two reasons. First, you can climb a high tower, which offers a stunning view of the city. And secondly, you can go down to the catacombs, which are an underground cemetery. In general, this is a great place for fans of history and mysticism.

In Vienna, as in Moscow, there is also a ring one. Only you can ride here on the tram! It's especially cool to make such a trip in the dark, when the city was dusk and evening lights lit up everywhere.
