In 2012, new principles for the calculation of hospital, as well as benefits for childcare and pregnancy were used. Its features are provided for maternity benefits. In this situation, two previous years are also taken into account, but from this period it is necessary to exclude sick leave and leave, and the amount received should be divided into the worked-out number of calendar days after the fact. The amount received is always multiplied by one hundred percent, that is, in this case the length of service of a woman is not taken into account.
