Alcoholic cocktails with the addition of "Baileys"
Without liquor, "Baileys", many popular alcoholic cocktails can not be avoided: the most famous of them is "White Russian", the recipe of which is given below, "Shot B-52", "Irish Dream" and other combinations. Traditionally, Irish cream is mixed with stronger vodka or, which is especially suitable for ladies, just whipped with ice, decorated with cream and chocolate, sometimes with the addition of ice cream or, for example, a banana. Let's prepare the most famous cocktail on the basis of liquor - "White Russian", which you can find in the menu of bars and nightclubs from Tokyo to New York. To feel the atmosphere of the night life of capitals, we will need:
- 60 ml of Baileys liquor;
- 60 ml of vodka;
- 100-120 ml of milk.
Mix the ingredients in a shaker and shake well, fill a low glass (bartenders usually call it "rox") half ice and pour out the resulting mixture. A couple of minutes, and "White Russian" is ready. Lovely ladies, remember that this cocktail though has extremely high taste qualities, but it is extremely high-calorie. One serving can contain up to 450 kcal. Therefore, it is better not to abuse.
Cooking "Belis": homemade liquor
By the way, at home you can pamper yourself with not only delicious cocktails, but also the beverage, while not necessarily buying it in the store. Quite right - you can perfectly prepare "Baileys" at home. For this we stock up the necessary components. We will need:
- 1 glass of cream - fatty or not, depends on your preference;
- 400 gr. Condensed milk (about 1 can);
- 1.5 cups of Irish whiskey (note that many do not philosophize and add vodka instead of whiskey);
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee;
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup;
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar or vanillin powder on the tip of the knife.
If you make a home from these ingredients "Belis", the liquor will not be any worse than the original. So, put all the ingredients in a blender and whisk at maximum speed for 30 seconds. We pour into a bottle or a decanter, close it with a stopper and put it in the refrigerator. Liqueur can be stored for 2 months. But the taste and endless possibilities of preparing a variety of cocktails will not give your favorite alcohol a chasm. Be creative: in a tall glass cut fruit, for example bananas, and add a couple of teaspoons "Belis". Liqueur only helps to shade their taste. Above you can sprinkle with nuts. You can also add ice cream. Just do not forget about moderate consumption of alcohol.
