Maintenance and verification of ODPU

ODPU is a common property of an apartment building and is a part of engineering systems. The management company is responsible for their content. If there are commercial organizations in the residential building, then either their costs do not go through the PDPA and are calculated separately, or the necessary amount is subtracted from the total indicator.

The assertion that all the others are paying for a malicious defaulter is not always correct. For example, when calculating the total electricity, its index is still subtracted from the total amount. If the debtor does not transmit information on the counters, then the data on it are compiled according to the approved tariffs.

Doubt in the reality of the amount of rent

For all structures and residents who monitor the order of payment for utilities and the use of resources, it is useful to have such equipment in the house. Common house appliances are equivalent to bringing order, ODP = comfort. The Russian Federation refers to those countries where legislators understand this and have a desire to create transparent relations in the housing and communal services sector that are understandable for owners of an apartment building. People should be clear what they pay for, how points are generated in receipts. In order to achieve the tasks set, it is necessary to install the ODPU.

If there are situations of misunderstanding of the amount in the receipt, you can ask the management company for an explanation by submitting a special application. In it, on the points indicate the need to specify how the calculation was carried out with the formula and values; What are the volumes by common and individual meters; Whether there is ODPU in the house and sealed ; Whether there are connections of non-residential premises; By what tariffs calculation was made.

If the management company refuses this request, it violates the law. Such an organization can already be suspected of concealing important information and machinations. To reduce such opportunities, companies are established by the PDPA.
