Vladimir Simonov: biography, filmography, personal life

Vladimir Simonov - actor of theater and cinema - was born in the city of Oktyabrsk on June 7, 1957. This person was awarded the title of People's Artist of the Russian Federation.

Later, he entered the Samara Academy of Culture and Arts to study as a director.

Creation

In 1976, he again submitted documents to the Schukin school and passed all the exams. Vladimir Simonov was enrolled in the course of A. Kazanskaya. At the institute, Simonov was nicknamed the Penknife, since by his nature he is a flexible man, both in direct and figurative sense. He could play any role, and could also penetrate where he could not seem to get to the child! Simonov recalls how classmates packed him in a suitcase and closed it.

Five years later, he and his classmates work in a group named Vakhtangov. In 1983 he moved to the Moscow Art Theater, and his first roles were played in the productions of "Tartuffe" and "The Seagull". But six years later he again returns to the theater named after Vakhtangov and has been working there for more than twenty years. Spectators love Simonov so much that they attend not only his performances, but also attend rehearsals.

A new stage in Simonov's life begins when a new director comes to the theater.
