Vladimir Pligin is a famous Russian statesman, politician and businessman. He became a deputy of the State Duma of the three convocations. Every time from the party "United Russia". Work as a lawyer

In the early 90's, Pligin began to monetize his knowledge and skills in jurisprudence. Together with the teacher of the institute of state and law Boguslavsky founded a joint business. They became the law firm "Just". According to Pligin himself, at that time it was the most serious and successful in Russia.

A few years after the start of work, Boguslavsky and Pligin founded a more serious enterprise. The limited liability company "YUST", a law firm, which included many notable personalities in the city on the Neva, in particular Yuri Kravtsov, who headed the legislative assembly of St. Petersburg from 1995 to 1999. Personal life
