The recipe requires the following ingredients: 4 large spoons of sugar, two large spoons of salt, a liter of water, three tablespoons of vinegar, currant leaves, horseradish, cherries, some fresh dill, a few cloves of garlic, peas and bay leaves. The main ingredients are cucumbers and tomatoes. We start with the preparation of vegetables. We wash them very carefully (the quality of preservation depends on this) and let us dry out. We also wash and sterilize the jars. Then we spread the vegetables into prepared containers, alternating them with spices, herbs and spices. Now we are preparing the brine. We pour water into the pan and add salt and sugar to it. When the marinade boils, add the vinegar. The boiling brine is poured into the jar, covered with a lid (but not rolled up) and put sterilized. After that, close the lids tightly. Banks must be turned upside down, wrapped and left to cool. When they become cold, you need to move them to a colder place. Now tomatoes and pickled cucumbers will be an excellent addition to any table.
