Proper care for tomatoes "Black Moor" and their cultivation

If someone thinks that to care for and grow tomatoes is a trifling matter, then he is mistaken. In fact, improper care and cultivation lead to the fact that tomatoes either do not bear fruit, or grow small and unattractive.

The first thing to be learned is that the tomato "Black Moor" needs to be grown through seedlings. To do this, select quality tomato seeds and temper them: each swollen seed should be kept in the cold at a temperature of -2 ... -3 degrees Celsius for 3 days, and then etch them with potassium permanganate. From the end of March to the middle of April, the seeds are seeded in a slightly compacted soil, which is then mulched with peat or a soil layer, or into shallow grooves (about 3 centimeters in depth). Then the seeds should be poured with warm water, covered with a film and placed in a warm room (room temperature). When the first shoots appear, the covering film should be removed and the seedlings placed in a bright place. Soil, where the tomatoes "Black Moor" will be planted, it is necessary to prepare in advance (from autumn): to conduct a qualitative digging and to make humus. And in the spring, before planting seedlings into the soil, mineral fertilizers are introduced into it.

Seedling "Black Moor" requires watering with warm water, and only on the soil, and not on the leaves themselves. Plant the seedlings in the wells into which 0.5-1 L of water is pre-poured. Then each plant is sprinkled with humus or dry earth. The distance between each plant planted should be about 10 centimeters, and the distance between the rows is about 12 centimeters. The next watering is carried out only three days after disembarking, if necessary, the uninhabited plants are replaced with new ones.
