HomelinessBath or shower

The shower is marching? It's simple!

Do you like to visit nature? Can not imagine life without hiking in the native land? Build a summer house, while you have nowhere to wash? Or maybe just like extreme? I'll have to learn how to build a shower with my own hands. It can be made from almost any improvised containers. It is not only pleasant to wash in warm water, in a warm room: health can depend on such a shower in a cold time. Construct the soul of the march to the strength of even the novice conquerors of nature.

We build a watering can

The simplest shower is arranged like this. A curtain is attached to the tree (if you want to wash alone). In the lid of a large plastic bottle, a hole is made, into which a piece of hose is inserted. The cover of the tape itself is attached to the bottle (if there is a hose). If it is not there, then, to pour water, it is enough to pry open the lid. For a large capacity any non-thin hose is suitable, for a "one and a half" - a tube from a dropper. It must be firmly secured in the opening of the lid. To prevent water from flowing spontaneously, you can pinch the hose with a stopper or use a wire hook to attach the end at the top. Next - cut the bottom of the bottle, close the lid, strengthen it on a high branch. For convenience, the bottle can be placed in a grid or simply hooked to a branch with a wire. The simplest soul marching ready. Instead of a plastic bottle, you can use a mug of Esmarch, a heating pad, etc. Such a device is quite suitable for summer time. But what if you are on a hike, around the mountain and -20? C, and you really want to wash yourself? Actually, it is the next building that will be what is called "a real marching soul". Naturally, it can be done anywhere, but, they say, it was the climbers who invented this method of hygiene.

We build a portable portable shower

Actually, only the curtain and the water tank will be portable . All other parts are collected directly at halt. We will need:

  • Fixtures for firing a fire.
  • Boulders the size of a three-year-old boy's head, but you can also bucket ordinary pebbles or other stones.
  • Shutter.
  • Plastic bottle with stopper and hose.
  • A tent or a film stretched over a frame. The frame can be carried with you, or you can build between the trees.

In order to build a warm shower camp, we kindle a fire, we put stones in it, we heat water over the fire. While everything is warming up, we mount from cellophane (if there is no empty tent) the similarity of the wigwam. You can use branches or the like. Above the wigwam we make fastening: here we hang a plastic bottle (see device above) with water. When the stones warm up, gently lay them on the perimeter of the "wigwam". This is the most dangerous part of the procedure: you can get burned. Boulders or pebbles must be cooled in the "wigwam" so that they can stand on them. In the process of cooling, they very warm the air. Then we hang a bottle of hot water and ... with a light steam! Usually, stones allow to take a shower for 4-5 tourists, but only after that the "room" starts to cool down. If you do everything quickly, and boulders take more, then even a group of 15 people will have time to perform the prescribed bath procedures.
