Plot

The film takes place in the nineties in St. Petersburg. The protagonist - Alexei Chumov, a senior police lieutenant, whose colleagues and representatives of the criminal world, not only because of his family name, but also because of his restless temper, was nicknamed the Plague. In one of the operations, the colleague Chumov is killed. This is not accidental. The operation was designed, it would seem, perfectly.
