The second anniversary of the wedding: how to celebrate and what to give.

Wedding is an important holiday, marking the foundation of a new social unit. It is from the date of the wedding that the months and years spent are engaged. It has long been customary in Russia to give the symbolic name of each of the anniversaries of the wedding. On this day it is customary to give gifts and souvenirs of importance to the family.

The second anniversary of the wedding is an important date in the life of a young family. Not for nothing and it is called "paper", because the paper is not a strong material, easily tearing and crumpling. So the young family still does not have under the feet of solid soil, can easily fall apart because of any trifle.

If on the first anniversary of the newlyweds are not yet very well learned from each other, in a couple of years they can draw definite conclusions about the nature and habits of the partner. Nevertheless, 2 years is quite a short period for the development of serious relationships, so the newlyweds must cherish their fragile cup of love, take care of it in every possible way.

The second anniversary of the wedding, as a rule, demonstrates who is the master of the house. There is a distribution of all domestic and family responsibilities. It is just after a couple of years that the lapping begins, the first disagreements and quarrels arise. Also, in the second year of the wedding, the spouses begin to accumulate money for living space, plan the birth of children. From any spark a paper ship of a young family can burn to ashes.

Further, by analogy with paper, the family is also influenced from the outside. Relatives and friends can involuntarily "bend" and "crush" it, thereby spoiling what the young tried to build for two years. It is very important for the husband and wife to learn tolerance both to each other and to their loved ones. All disagreements and misunderstandings can be solved, the main thing is not to give up and look for ways out of various life situations.

There are many rites for celebrating a paper wedding. For example, in the East on this day, guests are invited to dance ritual dances in paper clothes together with a married couple. For the husband and wife, there are certain red suits made of papier-mâché. At the end of the dance, guests are invited to dinner, where rice and chicken are served.

In Byzantium on their anniversary, the couple made paper dolls, where they hid their wishes to each other. During the feast a young couple exchanged dolls, and the couple kept them until the end of the evening. At the end of the celebration, the couple read out the notes for the guests.

In Greece, the newlyweds dance a dance of money, which was previously shown to the guests at the wedding ceremony. During the dance, guests pinned money on the clothes of the spouses.

The second anniversary of the wedding of the Bulgarians is different in that the husband and wife put on their clothes made of paper of different colors and welcomed the guests. The holiday should be bright, colorful and cheerful.
