They grow in moist coniferous forests, although sometimes, very rarely, they can be found in dry deciduous forests. The mushroom has an excellent chemical composition. These are amino acids (tryptophan, histidine, methionine), phosphatides, lecithin, glycogen, B vitamins, PP, D, carotene.
