4) The gastraside. The combined preparation is a tablet for resorption. It is able to exert an enveloping, antacid and adsorbing action. With caution should take children under 12 years and pregnant women.

- keep your weight under control, as excessive kilograms increase the pressure in the body and thereby cause heartburn;

- Take pills for heartburn, which not only eliminate the problem, but also the very reason for its appearance.

It should be noted that pregnancy can become one of the causes of heartburn. This is due to increased pressure in the abdominal cavity of the mother. Therefore, just in case, it does not hurt to know what helps with heartburn during pregnancy.
