Oseeva, "Dinka": a summary of the book

In the book that was written in 1959 by Valentina Oseeva, "Dinka" tells about Dinka's childhood, about her strong friendship with the orphan boy Lenka and about their experiences together. This autobiographical story is devoted to the author's mother and sister. Dink was called a difficult child, she was fussy, but at the same time desperate and sincere, she ran into another life lesson time and again. I bring to your attention a novel written by Valentina Oseeva, "Dinka" - a brief summary of the book.

Part one. A family

After the revolution, Arsen'ev Alexander Dmitrievich has been hiding from authorities abroad for many years. His wife Marina works as a proofreader in the editorial office. She, three daughters, the younger sister of Marina Katya, the cook Lina and the old family friend Nikitich all live in Samara. Marina together with Katya and Nikitich take an active part in revolutionary activity. Marina does not cease to wait faithfully for her husband, she sincerely believes in the victory of the revolution, often tells the girls about her father, instills in them a love of literature and music.

Among other characters, as the summary of the book "Dinka" shows, Oseeva Valentina mentions Oleg - the elder brother of Marina and Katya. He serves as a forester in the count's lands, he replaced his father's orphaned sisters. He helps them financially, in spite of the fact that he does not take part in revolutionary activities - sisters can always rely on him.

Alina, Angela and Dinka

We continue to consider the work written by Oseeva V., "Dinka" (a summary of the book). In summer the Arseniev family lives on the rented dacha on the Volga bank. Alina, the eldest daughter, is not a developed child by year. The 12-year-old honors pupil tries to participate in the revolution on an equal basis with adults, at the time when she was little, she helped her father with all her might. When the police broke into the house of the Arsenievs, interrupting all the windows, Alina became very frightened, and she began a nervous breakdown. Since then, the mother is trying to keep her daughter from unnecessary excitement.

Ten-year-old Angela is the favorite of the whole family. She is a kind and sympathetic girl, fragile and sickly, very fond of reading. It is called Mouse due to large gray eyes and white hair.

Finally we turn to the youngest daughter. The main heroine of the story is eight-year-old Dinka. Oseeva describes her as a healthy, strong and active child, to whom her mother constantly lacks neither the time nor the energy. Katya, too, does not particularly try to find a common language with the child. Marina believes that Katya is too strict with Dinka, because of this, sisters often swear. Dink does not know his father at all, and even at the meeting he would hardly recognize his grown daughter.

Acquaintance with Lenka

Once, while walking along the banks of the Volga River, Dinka almost drowned. Saving her boy Lyonka - this was how they met. His mother died, and he stayed at work with Gordey Revyakin, the owner of the barge. He scoffed at Lenka, while people stayed away from them and communicated only with customers. Lenka had a good friend - a young worker Nikolai, who was Revyakin's neighbor. He taught the boy a letter, even tried to take him to himself. However, the unexpectedly unexpected police arrested Nicholas, finding a proclamation in his house.

Describing the story written by Valentina Oseeva, "Dinka" (a short summary of the book), it is worth mentioning the case when Lyonka discovers to the girl a secret: he wants to escape from Revyakin. The first time he plans to live in a cave, and when the cold comes - stick to the fishermen. Dinka suggests Lyonka to get acquainted with her family, but he is afraid that the intelligent Arsenievs will forbid her to communicate with him. Dink has to lie about his pastime.

Attempts to organize an escape

Katya is in love with the revolutionary Kostya, he reciprocates with her, but is very keen on the revolution. The girl is tormented with vague meditations, she decides to accept the offer of Viktor Nikolaevich, a sweetheart and a friend of Oleg, who is in love with her. Arsenyev is beginning to wait for his arrival.

In the meantime, Kostya is trying to organize the escape of Nicholas, but everything ends in failure - in place of the police arrived, many were arrested. A traitor made his way to the organization, and all suspicions fall on Mercury. Kostya made inquiries and found out that this is already the second case involving this person, which ends in failure.

Kostya plans to get into the confidence in the noble Krachkovsky - the comrades and neighbors of the Arseniev family. Krachkovskaya is not against Kostya living with them in the wing and fishing, especially since her son Goga also likes fishing.

We continue to consider the novel written by Valentina Oseeva, "Dinka". The summary for the readers' diary will have to come in handy. But let us return to the plan of Kostya for the re-liberation of Nicholas. He has already rented a house from the Krachkovsky and plans that Nikitich will make friends with the fishermen. He plans to deliver the fugitive to the rented house, after which Nikitich will transfer the boat to a fishing boat rented by fishermen to the other shore. There he will be waiting for Oleg, who on horseback will be able to deliver Nicholas in a safe place.

Part two. Escape of Lenka

During the loading of the barge between Reviakin and the workers a quarrel is being fought. He orders Lyonka to help and, seeing that he does not cope, beats the boy. Dinka stands up for Lyonka, and the stevedores are protecting children. Taking advantage of the turmoil, the orphan escapes.

Further, as described by Valentina Oseeva, Dinka overhears how Kostya gives instructions to Alina to monitor the appearance of Mercury in the vicinity of the house. She has a desire to understand everything herself, and Dinka talks about everything to Lyonka. He, left unattended, works as a porter on the market, but there is not enough money. Dinka tries to help her friend and goes to sing in cottages with a homeless organ-grinder, who still deceives her and does not share her money. Lyonka, communicating with a friend Stepan, whom he met on the market, learns that he is distributing proclamations, at the same time Stepan reveals the secret: a traitor has appeared in his entourage.

The Appearance of Mercury

Continuing to consider the story, written by V. Oseeva, "Dinka" (summary), it is impossible not to remember how Lyonya got acquainted with the Arseniev family. A boy from boredom often came to their dacha and sat there under the fence. Once, when guests gathered in their house, Alina announced a literary evening. Lyonka began to listen to the verses, when he suddenly noticed a man, according to a description very similar to Mercury. When he saw Kostya, he fell to the fence. Lyonka realized that this was the person who Alina was asked to find, he runs into the house to report this news, but he did not manage to catch the traitor. Katya and Marina are surprised by the appearance of an unfamiliar boy.

Further developments

What are the qualities of the main characters, described in her story V. Oseeva? "Dinka" (the content of the work speaks about clever, fearless and honest children) shows us the guys who will do everything for the sake of justice. Lyonka takes care of Dinka, comforts her when she is upset. Marina is touched by this. The boy continues to trade fish in the city, when suddenly in a crowd, Mercury notices. He hastens to warn Stepan, he gives Lyonka a pile of proclamations and he is arrested. Lyonka tries to help a friend and prove that he is innocent: he buys bagels for all savings, puts leaflets in them and continues the work of his comrade. Dinka tries to help a friend, and at home are concerned about her frequent absence. What can this book teach (Oseeva, "Dinka")? And great friendship, and mutual assistance, and humanity. This is what the author wants to convey to the reader.

Quite unexpectedly Marina tries to talk to her daughter heart-to-heart, she talks about her friend, that he is starving, his mother reproaches her for not helping Lyonka, and invites him to come into the house. Lyonka is pleasantly surprised by the invitation, but before coming to visit, he wants to go on a steamer as a cabin boy and already in uniform to visit the Arsenievs.

Execution of Nicholas's escape

The escape was successful, exactly as Kostya had planned. When Nicholas was already at the Krachkovsky dacha, Mercury was making his way under the window of Marina, but Alina noticed him in time. Between Kostya and the white-eyed traitor a fight begins. It so happened that Mercury during the struggle falls into a precipice.

Without explaining anything to Marina and Katya, Kostya takes Nicholas for his further crossing. Faced with a frightened Lenka, Kostya takes him with him to the boat. Already on the way, Nikolai finds out a little friend and asks Kostya to take care of the guy.

The cold came and Dinka suggests that Lyonka spend the night in their rented apartment, she secretly finds the key, and they go there. In the courtyard they see a lot of gendarmes, and in the apartment Dinka met Kostya. He tries to hide the revolver. Having wrapped it in a doll, he gave it to the girl, and she, in turn, gave it to Lyonka, who hid the revolver on the cliff. Kostya is still arrested, and then sent to exile in Siberia. Katia is following him.

Part Three

V. Oseeva wrote one of the most interesting and fascinating works describing revolutionary time. "Dinka" (a brief summary of the chapters demonstrates this well) allows the reader to fully immerse himself in that world. Marina plans to move to Ukraine. She remembers the promise given to Nicholas, and wants to take Lyonka to herself. But the boy did take the steamer to the steamer, his studies ended in a couple of days.

Friends advise Marina to leave soon, she collects things and leaves the news to Lyonka. On the train she meets her husband, he finally moved to Russia.

Arriving at the Arsenievs' house, Lyonka tries to help Marina in every way, he sincerely fell in love with her, she began to regard him as her son. He indulged his mouse like a little sister, Alina, however, is wary of him.

New life in Ukraine

Life in Kiev begins to improve, the girls enter the gymnasium, and Marina wants Lenya to study there too. She hires for him as a tutor student Vasily, whose fate is very similar to that of Lyonka. They begin to be friends. Vasily irritates the Arseniev family, and he himself treats them with meticulousness, with the exception of Mouse - only she was able to evoke tenderness in him.

What is Dink doing at this time? Oseeva writes that she likes to play pranks along with girlfriends during schooling, teachers often complain about her parents. When Dinka got a deuce in arithmetic, she decides to become a round honors pupil. For this he asks Vasily for help, he does not refuse, and his studies gradually come to normal.

Conclusion

Alexander Dmitrievich instructed Oleg to buy a hamlet in a remote place near Kiev. Now the whole family can go on vacation in the summer. Children really like the new place, they establish trustful relations with their neighbors. Dink quickly finds friends. Lyonka stayed in the city for the summer to prepare for the exams, he passes them brilliantly and goes to Arsenyev to celebrate his arrival. There comes Alexander Dmitrievich. Finally the whole family in the collection! This concludes the work written by V. Oseeva, "Dinka". The summary can help to feel this interesting story.
