Modern hotel automation system

The hotel complex is a fairly developed system of services. This is a place where a person not only can spend the night, but also wash things in the laundry, visit a restaurant or order food in the room, take a bath or shower and much more. At the same time, the management of the hotel or hotel needs not only to monitor the whole process of servicing guests and staff, but also to keep a record of expenses in order to save money.

The hotel automation system can alleviate all this work. It unites almost all spheres of hotel life and brings them into one electronic management system.

Usually the most simple hotel automation system is used. It is based on a special key (plastic card), which is issued to the guest upon registration. This key not only opens the door of the room, but also leads all its life support systems into a ready state. At the same time, the program "enterprise automation" is triggered for cleaning, which allows the attendants to visit the room through the use of their personal card.

Thus, full control is exercised by the owner of the hotel or manager who can, if desired, obtain all the necessary information about the room and the person who visited it, and how long it spent there. Also, such hotel management will save on heating and electricity.

In some more modern hotels, a special control panel is installed directly in the room to the guest. With her help, you can order food from the restaurant or reserve a table, call a maid, order a laundry or cleaning service, set the necessary lighting or temperature, and much more. At the same time, such a hotel automation system keeps a strict record of all orders and additional services, which as a result will be paid into the guest's account.

Using the control panel in the room, you can activate the cable channels on the TV without the help of the receptionist or the manager or get the connection code to the hotel WI-FI system. In fact, it greatly simplifies the work of the hotel staff, and therefore, reduces the staff of employees. At the same time, most customers experience a certain weakness for electronic devices of this kind. Therefore, such a system of hotel automation can serve as an additional incentive to order certain services, and therefore help in attracting additional funds.
