Make mask for face from autumn fruits

All the facial masks I make myself at home. After all, in order to prepare a mask for the face of the house, there is no need to have a large garden and most of the raw materials can be bought in a supermarket or in the market. And secondly, I'm not worried about allergic reactions to various chemicals contained in industrial masks.

Autumn is the perfect time, full of fresh vegetables and fruits, from which it is easy to make a mask for the face of your skin type.

1) And so, let's start with the pumpkin.

Pumpkin can not only be used in making food and as an ornament in memory of the beautiful autumn. It can be much more. Pumpkin is an excellent source of vitamins, antioxidants, which will help in the fight against aging and wrinkles on the skin.

Mix 2 teaspoons puree from a pumpkin, 1 teaspoon of honey and milk as needed. Apply mask on face and leave for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

If you have oily skin, you can replace the milk with apple cider vinegar.

2) Corn.

Although it may seem unusual to use corn as a cosmetic product, it perfectly moistens the skin.

Mix one cucumber, the grains of one cooked corn and 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Apply on face and rinse after 10 minutes.

3) Carrots.

Carrots are not only rich in vitamins, but also moisturizes the skin, revitalizes and gives it a healthy color. It is great for tired and weakened from summer sun skin.

Grate the carrots with 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Apply on face and leave for 15 minutes.

Options:

Carrots can mix with 1 tbsp. Cottage cheese - and your skin gets tanned.

4) Tomatoes.

Tomatoes containing many vitamins of minerals will be "worked" as a cleansing mask.

1 tomato (necessarily ripe) mix with a lot of plain yogurt. Apply on face and leave for 20 minutes.

Tip:

Some people who have pimples and acne, wash their face with tomato juice every day.

5) Apples.

Apples are truly universal fruits for cosmetic purposes. Masks from them not only smooth out the skin and refresh it, but also supplies the necessary vitamins.

Shred apples in milk. Cool to the extent that the cooked mask does not burn the skin and apply on the face. Leave it until it cools.

Your skin will look beautiful and smooth.

Tip:

Mix the grated apple with honey.

6) Grapes.

Why do not we apply grapes as a health mask.

Chop the grapes with a fork, add yogurt, ½ teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of olive oil and ½ teaspoon of honey. Apply to face and rinse after 10 minutes.

7) Plums.

Antioxidants contained in plums help to rid the skin of contaminants.

Mask for normal skin: mix the cream of plum with two spoons of honey and one egg. After half an hour, wash it off.

For oily skin: mash plum with 1 teaspoon of almond oil.

8) Cranberry

In addition to the anti-inflammatory effects of cranberries, it also boasts a calming effect on the skin. Women with acne problems will appreciate the healing effects of this berry.

Mix until a homogeneous jelly a handful of cranberries, 1 tablespoon low-fat yogurt, 1 tablespoon of natural honey. Apply to face and wash after 10-15 minutes.
