In order to bake a cake, we need to stock up on the following products: half-cups of butter, a half-glass of flour, a teaspoon of baking powder, 180 grams of sugar and preferably yellow, two eggs, half a glass of milk and lemon peel.

For glaze you will need: three tablespoons of lemon juice, 100 grams of sugar and sweet ornaments.

Preparation: take a deep cup, put a soft butter in it, cover with flour, baking powder, add lemon zest, break the eggs and whisk each well.

The resulting mixture is poured into a special baking dish and placed in a preheated to 160 degree oven.

Bake should be about 30 minutes and without opening the oven door. Once the surface of the cake has acquired a golden hue, you can take it out.

While the cake will be baked, it is necessary to prepare glaze for it. To do this, mix sugar with lemon juice and pour it on a hot cake.

We leave the cake to the full cooling and then cut it into small squares, which are sprinkled with ornaments.

Lemon pie made of puff pastry.

Thanks to the puff pastry, a crispy lemon cake is obtained, the recipes of the dough and fillings are described in some detail.

For the test, we need: a packet of margarine, two glasses of flour, one egg, some water, 30 grams of yeast.

For the filling: one lemon and two glasses of sugar.

Preparation: take a large cup and chop the margarine together with the flour. In the water we brew yeast, add the egg, mix it and pour it into the cup with margarine. Mesem dough, we form a ball from it and divide into two halves. One of them should be a bit larger than the other.

On the table spread the parchment paper, sprinkle it with flour and roll out a layer of an arbitrary shape one centimeter thick. We spread the dough with the paper on the baking tray and make small skirts.

Prepare the filling. With lemon peel and grate on a fine grater. Lemon cut into pieces, remove the stone and grind it in a blender. Zest and lemon are combined, fall asleep sugar and mix well.

Preparation: in a blender, mix the softened butter with sugar, then add eggs, pour in the flour and baking powder and pour in the milk. All mixed and covered with raisins. Once again, mix everything and pour the dough into a prepared baking dish. We bake a biscuit at 200 degrees for about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
