Hydrophilic oil - oriental skin care traditions

Asians look younger than their European peers. This is a well-known fact. Of course, in many ways, this is due to the natural features of the skin. However, we can not discount the face and body care system, which differs significantly from what we are used to. For an eastern woman, cleansing the skin of the face and neck is a ritual. Many of you are already familiar with the Japanese washing system and, perhaps, even had time to try it on yourself. Well, for those who are interested in this issue not so long ago, I will tell you what hydrophilic oil is, and why it is needed.

Allow myself a small digression. Often you can hear from cosmetologists that it is unacceptable to use usual toilet soap for washing. Do not trust experts, you see, there is no reason. From myself I will add that the cream soap differs from the usual only in that it was added with solid oils - barter.

What can replace the habitual means. So we came to the main topic of our article - hydrophilic oils.

If you like to use natural products in skin care, then certainly in the course of how the oil behaves when applied to the skin. When interacting with water, it turns into a white substance, reminiscent of milk for removing makeup.

This is how the hydrophilic oil looks and works. Unlike any type of soap, it has a neutral reaction, but it cleans up no worse.

Use this tool is very simple. A small amount of it is applied to dry skin and carefully rubbed with a small amount of water until foaming, then completely washed off. The remnants are removed with a foam or gel for washing. It should be noted that make-up with water and a cleanser based on oils is much easier to remove, and the result is much better.

Unfortunately, most of these funds can hardly be called absolutely natural. Preservatives in them are nevertheless contained (the product after all needs also to be stored). But a hydrophilic oil or cream can be prepared at home on your own. This is quite simple, and the necessary ingredients are sold in shops for soap makers and pharmacies.

Here I will give you a proven recipe. You need peach oil - 30 ml, almond - 20 ml, grape seed - 20 ml, wheat germ - 20 ml, ten drops of vitamin E. In addition, you will need a suitable emulsifier, for example polysorbate or povalk (the required amount is indicated on the product label) . If desired, you can add 7 - 15 drops of essential oils.

After such cleansing, often, no cream is required. This set of components is sufficient to nourish and moisturize normal or oily skin.

Preparing yourself a hydrophilic body cream or so-called massage tiles is also easy. They are 70% cocoa butter (70 g per 100 g of finished product), 20% is an emulsifier (for example polavas), the remaining 9% are liquid oils (peach, linseed, cotton) and everything else (1%) - it's vitamin E and essential oils.

The solid phase is melted in a water bath with the emulsifier, adding the remaining ingredients, stirring and pouring into silicone molds for ice. In the absence of such, you can use a plastic liner from a candy box. We put the plates in the refrigerator to quickly froze.

In many recipes, it is advised to use weights to maintain dosage. Personally, I'm not in favor of such difficulties. Especially considering the fact that the most inexpensive measuring device costs 450 rubles. Therefore, I prefer to use the old grandfather's method "by eye," especially since special precision is not needed here.

If you are not a fan of cosmetics made in your own kitchen, I advise you to pay attention to the hydrophilic oil of the Japanese company HIPITCH. This is the best product in the ratio of value and quality.
