Friends and foes in the anime "Bleach": with whom does Ichigo fight?

Senen-manga "Bleach" and the anime of the same name are very popular all over the world. Although the anime series has already come to an end, and the manga story has entered the final arch, millions of admirers of the wonderful world of Shinigami, Quincy and the "empty" continue to admire the thoughtfulness of the exciting plot and the truly endless series of fascinating adventures of the red schoolboy Ichigo Kurosaki.

Like most works in the genre of senen, manga and anime "Bleach" are focused on the idea of confrontation. The protagonist does not even meet tens - hundreds of enemies on his way to growing up and knowing not only the surrounding world, but also himself. With whom does Ichigo fight and are all enemies equally dangerous?

"Empty"

Throughout the plot of anime and manga, the so-called "empty" - the souls of the dead, who have lost human hearts and turned into incarnations of evil - remain the universal enemies. They hunt good ghosts who have already left the body, but who have not yet lost heart. "Empty" are dangerous for the world of people, because they have supernatural powers and are invisible to the townsfolk. Of the number of living people only mediums with special spiritual abilities have the opportunity to see "empty" and fight with them.

Thus, from the very beginning of the series it becomes obvious, with whom Ichigo is at odds with the anime "Bleach". It is interesting that the "empty" are divided into three classes. The strongest are arankaras - evil spirits that have plucked terrible white masks (according to the author's version of the story, they replace hearts) and acquired some abilities of Shinigami.

In turn, members of the Espada squad are recognized as the strongest among the Arrancers - elite fighters selected personally by Sosuke Eisen.

Soul Society

Gradually, Kurosaki has new enemies, it becomes more difficult to answer the question of who is fighting with Ichigo. Rukia Kuchiki, the first of the Shinigami, greeted by a red-headed schoolboy, explains to him some hidden details of the world order and gradually becomes a friend of the protagonist. But one evening for Rukia come shinigami from the Society of Souls and take her to the other world for judgment and the inevitable execution. Even without trying to delve into the twists and turns of politics with shinigami, Ichigo Kurosaki rushes to the aid of a friend, thus rebelling against the whole Society of Souls.

Shinigami are powerful opponents. The guy will have to go through fighters of all levels, from the weakest members of thirteen detachments to captains who seem invincible. Although in this story arc the Shinigami are those with whom Ichigo is at odds, in the subsequent chapters of the manga and in the anime series the so-called guides of the souls recognize the combat and personal qualities of the teenager, and even conditionally invite him into their ranks.

Sosuke Eisen, Guin Ichimaru, Kaname Tousen

Most of the plot "Bleach" takes place around the heartbreaking treachery of Sosuke Eisen and his allies (Guin Ichimaru, Kaname Tousen). Being the captains of elite squads Shinigami, three traitors take a chance and create a real chaos in the Society of Souls.

Aizen gets an artifact of great power and moves from the monastery to the shinigami territory of the "empty" - in a kind of hell beyond the sky. There he conducts eerie experiments on the "empty" and creates arrankars. It is noteworthy that before that, Aizen was conducting experiments directly under the nose of the commander-in-chief of the Shinigami detachments, thereby creating the vaizards.

If vayzards are shinigami with the forces of "empty", then arankaras are "empty" with the forces of shinigami. At first it is difficult to understand who Ichigo is at war with, as the creatures of both species are not very friendly with respect to other inhabitants of parallel worlds. With the passage of time, it becomes clear: the Waisars are trying to maintain neutrality in relation to Kurosaki and his friends, and the Arrarcans are powerful opponents.

Quincy

On the one hand, at first it seems that it is quite clear with whom Ichigo is at odds. Orihime Inoue and Yasutora Sado, for example, from the first chapters of the manga and the anime series are friends of the central character. But Uryuu Isida instantly takes the position of confrontation: he is proud of his origin from the ancient family of quincey mediums and is trying to destroy more "empty" than Kurosaki. At this stage of the story, the difference between quincy and shinigami is explained.

However, despite the many contradictions, Ichigo as a result manages to get Uryu in the comrades-in-arms. Initial friendship, however, collapses when Isis joins the Vandenreich, the quincy organization that advocates the supremacy of thoroughbred mediums. This story arc is not yet revealed, so millions of fans around the world are still waiting for the continuation of the legendary epic in the genre of senen.

With whom does Ichigo at the very end of the manga? We learn about this from the last chapters.
