Ebzeev Boris Safarovich was born far from the land of his ancestors, on a foreign land of Kirghiz, and he lived there for the first 7 years of his life. In 1957, his family returned to their native land and settled in the city of Karachaevsk. The boy went to high school N 3, he studied well and dreamed about the profession of a lawyer. In order to enroll in a law school, he needed to have two years of work experience (this was a prerequisite for admission to the institute), so after graduation in 1966 he became a carpenter, and then a concrete worker in one of the building organizations in his city .
