Day of the worker of culture and its features

Now Day of the worker of culture in territory of the Russian Federation is celebrated annually, and official actions pass on March, 25th. The holiday covers both the minister of culture, and the simple cleaner who works in the city or rural library, and all citizens who have at least indirect relation to this sphere. Currently, the term "cultural workers" includes a significant number of different people - librarians and employees of museums, musicians and print workers, theater and film artists, and singers.

Therefore, congratulations on the day of cultural workers on a solemn day, listen to all categories of citizens who are currently engaged in art. For example, contemporary artists can be attributed to artists and amateur talent, and the most different directions. Day of the worker of culture is considered by the people engaged in protection of cultural values and objects of art, because without their work, theaters and libraries, museums and philharmonic societies could not function fully.

History : In Russia, the Day of the Worker of Culture became an official holiday due to the efforts of A.S. Sokolov, who, during one of his speeches in 2007, noted the need to define an "independent" celebration date for employees of the cultural sphere. Since A.S. Sokolov worked at that time as minister of culture, the Russian authorities were forced to listen to his words. He said that in most settlements on the territory of Russia, art workers celebrate their holiday informally, but on different days and without any coordination with each other. Therefore, in the same year on August 28, V.V. Putin immediately signed a decree according to which employees of the cultural sphere now celebrate their holiday on March 25 every year.

The development of culture : Russian literature played a huge role in Russian history, and the first writers expressed the opinion of the people, but after the October Revolution both culture and art were considered exclusively through the prism of communist ideology. And if the Soviet period can be called a stage in the class culture, during which all art values attributed to "bourgeois relics" were uprooted, then in the post-Soviet Russia, art workers are constantly faced with numerous problems.

As the main problems, the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation allocates a shortage of budget funds for the development of Russian literature and the preservation of the best examples of Soviet art, as well as the introduction of the worst American films under the guise of "freedom of speech." Therefore, during official events held on March 25, the country's leadership and citizens have to remember that it is impossible to preserve national customs without further development of the cultural life of the population.

Celebration : On the Day of the Worker of Culture, the scenario of festive events in each separate Russian city is thought out in advance. For example, in the city of Pushchino, official events often take place in the cultural center Molodost, and invitations are sent to the mayor, deputies of local councils, representatives of the city administration, employees of various cultural institutions.

Similarly, the Day of Cultural Workers is held in other domestic settlements, and invited guests first listen to solemn congratulations from officials, and then letters of gratitude and other awards are read out to them. As a rule, employees of this sphere are rewarded for long and conscientious work, as well as for a significant contribution to the development of Russian art and culture in troubled times, when not all citizens are interested in spiritual values .
