Because in our time it's just necessary to match the place, time and situation. From these skills sometimes depends not only personal happiness, respect for others, but also the success in business.

Situation in the country

Unfortunately, the majority of the population of Russia is alien to the concept of "culture of speech communication", the ethic of behavior in society. Therefore, it is not surprising that in schools of the "new generation" (ie, in the forefront) a new subject was introduced: "Fundamentals of secular ethics." And this measure is already bearing fruit: the younger schoolchildren demonstrate an understanding of how it is possible and how to behave in society, what to say and what not to say. It remains only to hope that the "secular" skills grafted to them are fixed strong enough in their minds that they will transfer them to their children. The general level of intelligence would increase. Is it possible not to want this for your country? ..

The culture of communication is reduced mainly to displays of restraint, tactfulness, intelligence, courtesy, the ability to establish contact, hear the interlocutor, maintain a conversation, find common themes, find something that unites with the interlocutor to establish a strong positive emotional connection with it.

Etiquette of communication manifests itself in literate speech, in the absence of words-parasites and obscene lexicon, in respect of the interlocutor and his point of view, in observing the rules of greeting and farewell.

The concept of "culture of communication" is sometimes associated with the observance of certain rules of behavior that are in accordance with the norms of a particular society at a given historical moment. Today such rules have become: to be responsible for what has been said; Address other people as you would like them to address you; Veneration (senior, teachers, representatives of authority, parents). Mutual assistance is welcome. In Russia, this rule is sometimes understood in an exaggerated form: it is not customary for us to inform colleagues, friends, or relatives, although in other countries such measures are considered not only permissible, but necessary. For example, when it comes to the incompetence of the immediate superior, this is reported to the top manager, driven by concern for the enterprise as a whole.

Lately a lot of attention has been paid to the ability to communicate correctly. And this means: to effectively negotiate, establish important contacts, maintain the image of the employer company, correspond to its role in society (the role of the parent, son, representative of a particular profession, friend, etc.). Such effectiveness can be achieved through simple skills:

- the ability to interpret verbal (verbal) and non-verbal (gestures, facial expressions, postures, movements) signals;

- the ability to argue their point of view;

- avoid communicative barriers ;

- take into account the peculiarities of the communication process, avoid their negative impact (for example, few know how much of the information is lost during the transfer from one person to another, and this knowledge could be used for good).

Practically for each of the given skills there is a program of psychological training. So, all this can be learned, mastered and brought to the level of skill.

Culture of communication Modern man absorbs much more knowledge, skills and skills than 10 years ago, to the active development of such scientific fields of knowledge in Russia as management, marketing, psychology, business ethics. Gradually, the level of intelligence among the population of the country is increasing, which can not but rejoice those who are not indifferent to what quality of life we are moving to.
