Anatoly Aleksin, the classic of children's literature, passed away

The first of May for our country this year was not only the next day of celebrating Labor Day. On this day the famous writer Anatoly Aleksin died, whose children's works are familiar to each of us.

Short biography of the classic

The real name of the writer is Anatoly Goberman. His father was repressed in a terrible 1937, but after 2 years the case was reviewed, and he was still released.

Even before the war began, Anatoly's works began to be printed in magazines. After World War II, Goberman graduated from the Institute of Oriental Studies in Moscow, a few years later was admitted to the Writers' Union.

In the 90s Alexin emigrated to Israel, then, in 2011, moved to Luxembourg at the invitation of his daughter. It was there that the classic of children's literature and passed away. The grave of the writer is in Moscow, at the Kuntsevo Cemetery.

We all remember the stories of Anatoly Aleksin: "Letter to an ex-boyfriend", "The happiest day", "The twenty-ninth of February", "Mama left" and others.

The story "My brother plays the clarinet" we read in school lessons, and the plays "Photo on the wall", "Hurray! We have a vacation! "And" Schedule for Tomorrow "became motion pictures.

And for the novel "Actors and Performers", "Third in the fifth row", "The day before yesterday and the day after tomorrow", "Mad Evdokia" writer in 1978 received the State Prize of the USSR.

Children's literature was enriched by the works of Anatoly Aleksin, and his stories and stories influenced each of us.
