And here the best way is to turn to folk remedies: herbs, tinctures, oils.

A very good remedy is henna, which is both colored and colorless. Colored henna acts immediately in two directions: it dyes the hair (in red) and strengthens it. However, if you do not want to become a redhead, colorless henna for hair, the application of which gives a result that is not inferior to the color one, will completely suit you. Henna does not allow hair loss, improves blood circulation, strengthens hair, fights dandruff, prevents itching and allergies. Especially good is colorless henna for blondes, because their hair is thin and fragile and very much in need of quality care from natural ingredients.

So, how to use this miracle cure? Usually colorless henna for hair, the application of which is very simple, in the form of a mask superimposed on the hair. However, everything is not as simple as it seems. Masks are different, depending on your hair type and what kind of effect you want to achieve.

The most common mask of henna is as follows: take 100 g of colorless henna and dilute in 300 ml of boiling water. The resulting gruel is applied to the hair, very carefully rubbing into the roots. After all this on the head it is desirable to put on a hat and wrap it with a warm towel or a handkerchief for a longer period of heat preservation, tk. Henna only works in the heat. The same principle should be followed and when using other masks, based on colorless henna, the use of which will restore hair. Keep the mask on your head for 30-60 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with hot water.

Mask that prevents hair loss. Take 2 spoons of coconut oil or olive oil, 1 spoon of castor oil, 2 tablespoons of green clay and 3 tablespoons of henna. Dilute the resulting mixture with any decoction of medicinal herbs before the formation of gruel. Apply it to the hair and soak for 1 hour, then rinse thoroughly with shampoo.

Mask for enhancing shine and giving volume to hair. Dilute the colorless henna with water in normal proportions and add 1 spoonful of almond oil. For a larger effect, you can also add 1 spoon of dimexide. Keep the mask on your hair for an hour and rinse with shampoo.

Moisturizing mask for dry and damaged hair, based on colorless henna for hair, the application of which will make hair beautiful and strong. Dissolve 3 tablespoons of henna in water or in a decoction of medicinal herbs, add the pulp of fresh avocado and 1 spoon of castor oil. Rinse with shampoo after about 1-2 hours.

Mask with yogurt. Dissolve 3 tablespoons of henna in 150 ml of hot yogurt and add 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice. Hold on for 40-50 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with shampoo.

A firming mask for oily hair, in which the main component is colorless henna for hair, the application is very simple, and the effect from it is simply stunning. Steal a bag of henna in water, add 2 spoons of fresh lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of blue clay and 1 spoon of burdock or castor oil. Hold on the hair for about 30-60 minutes.

However, applying henna, you need to be careful! It should be borne in mind that if you dye your hair with chemical dyes, henna can give an unattractive greenish tinge. And if you dye your hair after using henna-based masks, the paint may lie unevenly. Henna does not allow dyes to penetrate the structure of the hair. Also, it can weaken the effect of a perm.
