The capital of Brazil is a paradise on earth

The idea of building a new capital of Brazil in the central part of the country appeared a very long time ago. The implementation of the plan was completed only when Kubiček Juscelin became president. Thanks to the new location of the capital, known as Brasilia, the vast and sparsely populated areas of the country's highlands have been drawn into social and economic renewals. The construction was started in 1957 and already in 1960 the "city of hopes", which grew up in the middle of the desert, was officially opened.

In the construction of Brasilia, the most progressive, modern technologies and methods of architecture were used. With the advent of the new main metropolis unloaded the overpopulated old capital of Brazil - Rio de Janeiro.
The largest city of the country is located on the plateau, whose height above sea level is more than one thousand meters.

The capital of Brazil is a metropolis, designed in the form of an airplane or a bird. In the center is located District with administrative buildings, wings are created from residential quarters, and on the nose is the area of the Three Powers. Next to it, the architects located the Residence of the Head of State, the National Assembly, Congress and the Palace of the Supreme Court. Not far from the square you can see a majestic elevation in the form of a pyramidal cathedral.

The capital of Brazil has one interesting architectural feature - the location of highways, each of which has four lanes, road junctions and high-rise driveways designed so that they do not have a single intersection. On the main road there is a movement of two independent streams, one of which is driven by cars, and the other goes pedestrians. Residential areas are struck by an unusual silence and especially clean air. In these places, the capital of Brazil does not contain automobile traffic in principle.

The city was built at the sources of four rivers - Corumba, Tocantina, Parana and San Francisco. The capital of Brazil is surrounded by a lake created in an artificial way, its waters prevent the penetration of hot air into the metropolis. Despite the fact that the sea is located far from the city, tourists are not deterred.

The capital of Brazil is the cultural center of the state. The sights of the metropolis are: the National Theater, which has several stages, the Museum of Brazil, Botanical Garden, Institute of History. The main city of the country is most struck by the fact that with its short existence it contains so many parks and green areas that it is impossible to count them. This is different from all other world megacities.
