As is known, on July 12, 2016, the court ruled to arrest all funds in the accounts of Fozzi Food LLC, the store owner. The company has overdue credit obligations to PJSC "Bank VTB" for the amount of UAH 239.1 million. Based on the information available to analysts of the bank, the borrower is fully able to repay its obligations, but for unclear reasons, evades debt servicing.

Currently, over 70 million UAH are placed on the arrested accounts.

Despite the blocking of cash, Fozzi Food LLC continues to work and conduct trade. It is possible, as the bank's employees comment, only with violation of the legislation of Ukraine.
