The Bank of Russia, after the accession of the Crimean Peninsula, announced the issuance of another monetary unit. A hundred ruble note, according to the idea of the state, is issued one-time to capture the glory of the Crimea and Sevastopol. The circulation on a national scale is not too big. The hundred-ruble note is an image of the famous castle Lastochkino nest on the front side and a monument to the flooded ships - from the back. This monument is in Sevastopol and is also reflected in the famous painting by IK Aivazovsky "Russian squadron in the Sevastopol raid." The symbolization on both sides is oriented strictly vertically.

A hundred-ruble note has a significant difference from known bills, it is dominated by olive shades and a QR code is added to its lower part, which leads directly to the Bank of Russia website. According to the design concept, one side is entirely devoted to Sevastopol, and the other to the entire Republic of Crimea. New hundred-ruble denominations in 2016 were developed by the staff designers of FSUE "Goznak" and the Central Bank of Russia.

Discussions caused by the appearance of new bills

It was called "kindergarten", "children, you would go from here", "sandbox". And there were all the Russians with banal and boring bills. Cost of a hundredfold
