The main objectives of marketing communications are to stimulate sales and sellers, to fully inform the consumer, to provide arguments that reveal the benefits of buying, to support promotions from the manufacturer itself, to present novelties, to remind consumers about previous advertising purchases and promotions.

Methods of marketing communications include external means through which incentives are made to visit. These include signs, shop windows, aystoppers, lights, barkers, etc.

Internal means are also methods of marketing communications. They encourage acquisition, attract through the interior, thanks to the creation of psychological excitement of a potential consumer, bringing it to readiness for purchase.
